2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for project requirements
• Make timely payments as per agreements
• Do not use our services for illegal activities

3. Payments & Refunds

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• No refunds after project delivery
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by Codigency remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion, rights transfer to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Codigency is not liable for:

• Third-party service disruptions
• Delays caused by client-side changes
• Data loss due to improper client backups

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payments are delayed beyond 15 days
• Client violates these terms

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in Rawalpindi courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
